Most of approaches that have radius-to-fix (curved) legs usually requires authorization to fly so I’ve heard some pilots equating RF legs to authorization required but that’s not actually true. You can find a non-AR (Authorization Required) RF approach at KCRQ. Look at the RNAV (GPS) X RWY 24 approach here.

There are even some ILS approaches incorporates RF legs to guide you onto localizer, such as KRNO ILS Z 17R.

KRNO ILS Z or LOC Z RWY 17R: Requiring RF legs if flying from HOBOA or KLOCK

If your GPS supports it, then you should be able to load this approach and use autopilot to fly it (like Garmin NXi series).
