The popular mnemonic for the class Golf airspace is “Ground for Golf” as Class G airspace are commonly found from the surface up to either 700ft or 1200ft AGL. However, they can also exist all the way from the ground up to 14,500ft MSL.

This example can be found on the El Paso sectional chart at the Big Bend National Park. Given Class G are Uncontrolled Airspace and most of the US do have radar coverage now, these are really hard to find and probably will disappear completely at some point.
